Booking & Deposits
Appointments are made only through WhatsApp. To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required based on the service requested. All booking fees are non-refundable.
Deposit Required
A booking deposit is collected to secure your appointment. The amount depends on the service you select.
Plan Ahead
Arrive on time and reschedule at least 48 hours in advance when your plans change.
Non-Refundable
Booking deposits are non-refundable. They are forfeited for cancellations and no-shows.
Payment Options
Cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and online banking are accepted for deposits and in-salon payments.
Bank Transfer Details
Send your deposit to any of the accounts below, then share your receipt to confirm your appointment.
Studio Policies
A Few Friendly Guidelines
To respect your time and ours, please review our booking and cancellation policies.
Late Arrivals
A $25 late fee applies. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled to respect every guest's schedule.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A fee will apply each time you reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid at booking. Thank you for understanding.
After-Hours Appointments
Appointments requested outside regular studio hours may be accommodated when possible. Additional charges apply for any extra time beyond regular hours.
